2. What are FiiViz, FiiDiag and FiiConnect?
FiiViz is a web portal designed for network operators to centralize and automate various business processes. It includes modules for ONT monitoring, network monitoring, inventory management and reporting.
FiiDiag is an intuitive mobile application exclusively designed to manage network and business operations on the go.
FiiConnect is a subscriber mobile application using which the subscribers can monitor the ONT and update LAN configuration like WiFi Name and Password.

8. Please explain some features covered in ONU monitoring & management
ONU Firmware Update, ONU Health, Optical Module Information, LAN connected clients details and per client statistics along with historical data for trend analysis.
Remote actions supported – Reboot, Ping, Traceroute, Speedtest, WiFi-Optimization, Change-WiFi-SSID-Password.
9. Do you have automatic provisioning for the ONU? Does it auto configure the device after factory reset?
Yes, we have support for automatic provisioning in the platform. The device will be configured automatically even if a subscriber accidentally performs factory reset. This helps to avoid site visits to reconfigure the ONU again.
10. We have OLT & ONT from different vendors. Does this solution work?
Yes, FiiAnalytics platform is vendor agnostic and can easily accommodate new and different manufacturers/vendors.
11. I have already configured TR-069/CWMP for my network. What are the benefits of choosing FiiAnalytics platform?
End user client statistics and RSSI metrics are not available in TR-069. Also TR-069 solution is heavily dependent on the vendor implementation of the TR-069/CWMP agent. The vendor support for TR-069 issues is minimal to none, unless you have a big purchase order with the ONU vendor. By choosing FiiAnalytics you get a technology partner who will work alongside to help you achieve your business goal and aspirations.
12. What are the data security practices followed?
The data is completely encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform can be used to its full potential even without subscriber information like name and mobile number.
